Foram assinados <strong>mais de 5 mil contratos<\/strong> e oferecido <strong>R$ 1,9 bilh\u00e3o<\/strong> entre janeiro e dezembro. Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o a 2021, houve <strong>crescimento de 40% em recursos<\/strong> liberados e <strong>20% em clientes atendidos<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cUma das raz\u00f5es para esse crescimento \u00e9 o nosso <a href=\"https:\/\/www.poupex.com.br\/noticia\/cliente-do-credito-imobiliario-assina-contrato-de-forma-digital\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>processo 100% digital<\/strong><\/a>, o que resulta em mais rapidez na concess\u00e3o do cr\u00e9dito e maior produtividade da equipe\u201d, acredita o Diretor de Produtos da POUPEX, Ricardo Viana. Ele tamb\u00e9m destaca as condi\u00e7\u00f5es competitivas da entidade, como as <strong>taxas mais baixas<\/strong> no mercado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alguns diferenciais do Cr\u00e9dito Imobili\u00e1rio POUPEX s\u00e3o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.poupex.com.br\/noticia\/beneficios-exclusivos-protegem-clientes-da-fhe-poupex-ipca-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">o\u202f<strong>Teto IPCA e o Garante30<\/strong><\/a><strong>. <\/strong>O primeiro limita a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibge.gov.br\/explica\/inflacao.php#:~:text=Infla%C3%A7%C3%A3o%20%C3%A9%20o%20nome%20dado,governo%20federal%2C%20e%20o%20INPC.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">infla\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> a 6,5% ao ano at\u00e9 2030, independentemente do \u00edndice divulgado pelo governo.
